CoreRefund PolicyThe core has to be identical to the one supplied. The core has to be complete with no missing parts or broken components. If the core is damaged, a partial refund will be issued. Amount issued is dependent on the salvage value of the unit. Cores with severe water damage and burned PC boards will not be accepted. Please allow 2 weeks for Core Return to be processed once it is received in our facility.
